Working with Mercedes has caused a complete mindset shift on how I feel about myself. I saw Mercedes for EFT back in the summer to try and combat some of my anxieties. I felt very relaxed and supported the entire time. This was a new type of therapy for me and it has worked so so well. Each session was explained to me. How it works, what would happen. We set the goals for each session and I came out of each one feeling calm and prepared should I ever need to just tap into it at any point whilst out doing life things. Highly recommend and will certainly be back for more when I feel I need it!

Guys, the abundance workshop 🙌! Never have I woken up two days in a row feeling as motivated and positive as I do right now. I was sure to do some breathing. Repeated my statements. Slept so well, AGAIN!! Definitely give these a try if you haven’t before. The change in mindset is unreal!

‘I’ve always wanted to get into some good habits with mindfulness/gratitude/self reflection etc but never knew where to start. It’s a big thing currently and there’s almost too much information out there. I found Bloom’s 28 days to Bloom ebook so simple and easy to follow and got me on the right track straight away. I’ll admit some of the tasks can feel a bit uncomfortable and alien almost if it’s completely new to you (which to me it was) but it’s already helped me to put some really great habits into place. I’ve also found that my life has taken a new direction and I really believe doing this guide and being completely honest with myself has played a massive part in this revelation!’
