About me.

From struggling with anxiety and other mental health issues from an early age, I’ve always been interested in learning about personal development. But as the years have gone by it’s become my passion and my dream to share what I’m learning.

I have always been a deep thinker and in my teens was guided by my mum to seek alternative therapy for anxiety which I didn’t realise at the time would open up so much for me.

During this time I also started to learn about the law of attraction, manifesting and exploring spirituality, all of which I continue to learn and practice.

In 2018 I immersed myself in all of the above through books, videos, courses, learning from my own experience and guidance from my spiritual mentor and went on a deep healing journey.

I’ve spent years working on transforming my negatives into positives and weaknesses into strengths and I really believe my purpose is to share this with you to help empower, inspire and motivate you to feel your very best.

Through lockdown I took the first step in sharing this wisdom through The bloom mindset which has expanded into a 28 day journal that includes some of the practices I’ve created and curated. All of which I use myself.

Since then I have also qualified as a level 2 EFT practitioner and certified life coach, something I offer to clients to feel their very best. I have gone from experiencing such bad anxiety and panic attacks that It was a daily struggle to leave the house and live a normal life to creating a career in what I love and living a life I used to dream about!

The message I would like to share is that even though we all deserve to give ourselves the best we possibly can and show up by working on ourselves, it’s just as important to learn to love and accept ourselves for where we are right now and finding balance between the two.

My own journey is teaching me that it’s not about being perfect, but being the best person you can be right now.
